Mengenal Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming G1 WIFI-BK

Ini adalah tugas pertama pada mata kuliah Analisis Desain dan Sistem Jaringan. Kali ini motherboard yang saya pilih adalah produk dari Gigabyte. 

Perusahaan perangkat keras dan motherboard, Gigabyte, terus melakukan inovasi. Pada tahun 2006, misalnya, Gigabyte menjadi perusahaan pertama yang menggunakan kapasitor solid buatan Jepang pada produknya dan menamakannya The Ultra Durable motherboard series.

Di tahun 2007, Gigabyte meluncurkan seri motherboard The Ultra Durable 2 yang memperkenalkan penggunaan Ferrite core chokes dan Low RDS (on) Mosfet sebagai tambahan dari kapasitor solid dari Jepang, yang menghasilkan stabilitas sistem yang tak tertandingi, ketahanan, dan kinerja overclocking. 


Kemudian pada 2008, perusahaan tersebut meluncurkan teknologi yang paling banyak menghemat energi, yaitu teknologi Dynamic Energy Saver dan Ultra Durable 3 (desain motherboard untuk consumer desktop pertama yang memiliki 2 ons lapisan PCB tembaga), yang secara dramatis menurunkan temperatur sistem, meningkatkan efisiensi energi, dan memperkuat stabilitas pada overclocking.

Tahun ini, tepatnya pada Juni lalu di acara Computex Trade Show, Gigabyte memperlihatkan desain 24-phase power VRM, serta teknologi Smart 6 yang menyederhanakan banyak fitur-fitur Windows Vista dan Windows 7, Smart Dual LAN dan Smart TPM. Semua inovasi ini akan menjadi standard industri motherboard di masa depan.
